At High 5 Ballooning we strive to offer our passengers the highest quality of service available. This includes informing our passengers of all company policies and procedures. Highlighted below are four letters for you to read. The first is the legal document that every passenger is required to sign before the flight. The second is an informational letter with answers to the most commonly asked questions. The third is our seven day cancellation policy and the last is the directions to our meeting location. Your reservation will not be complete until this form is filled out and submitted to us. After reading and agreeing to their content please check the, I agree box and click the submit button. When we receive this form your reservation will be complete. Please note that this form does not reserve a date to fly with us. It simply confirms a reservation that you have already made by phone.
